This morning I should have received the new laptop from our UK office. By mid-day nothing had arrived. Followed up with the shipper and the laptop is still in the UK. Russian customs wants 285 pounds (~$600 USD) to let the laptop through!!!! It is a used laptop probably with value ~$500. WOW. Send it back to the UK office. I'll figure something else out.

Arrived back to Moscow safely. I'm back but my computer isn't so lucky. At JFK it would not turn on. Dell says it needs a video card replacement. Dell support in Russia? Nope. I'm trying to get a laptop shipped from our UK office. We'll see how that goes.
